Position Details:

• Reporting to: C-Suite 
• Schedule: Full-time
• Location: Flexible, with travel required; corporate office based in Pompano Beach, FL
• Travel: Up to 50% domestic travel required to project sites nationwide

Key Responsibilities:

As the Project Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Project Management: Manage cross-functional projects that drive Banyan’s strategic initiatives, including program development, operational efficiencies, and technology implementations. Ensure all projects align with organizational goals, and are executed successfully, on time, and within budget.
• Project Risk Management: Proactively identify and assess potential risks across all projects and develop effective mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery and minimize disruptions.
• Facility Expansion & Integration: Lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless integration of new facilities with existing operations while maintaining adherence to regulatory standards and budget constraints.
• Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications with senior leadership, department heads, and external partners. Regularly update leadership on project status, challenges, and proposed solutions to keep projects on track and maintain alignment with business objectives.
• Resource Allocation & Management: Efficiently allocate resources across multiple projects, ensuring the right people, materials, and budget are in place to meet project goals. Monitor resource utilization to optimize efficiency.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for each project to monitor progress, assess performance, and identify areas for improvement. Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on project status, risks, and deliverables.
• Operational Excellence & Process Improvement: Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring they align with operational goals and regulatory standards. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency, reduce costs, and drive better outcomes across the organization.
• Change Management: Lead and manage changes to project scope, timelines, and resources, ensuring changes are communicated effectively and aligned with organizational goals, while minimizing any disruptions to project progress.
• Leadership & Team Development: Foster a culture of accountability and collaboration within project teams, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure alignment with Banyan’s mission and values. Develop team members’ leadership capabilities to strengthen the overall project management function within the organization.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with a preference for healthcare or behavioral health industry expertise.
• Minimum 3 years of consulting experience in project management, operational strategy, or healthcare-related initiatives.
• Proven track record managing facility openings or large-scale, multi-site projects.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Monday.com, Asana).
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP or equivalent certification.
