If you have extensive knowledge of waterproofing, drainage systems, and new home construction, along with familiarity with the New York/New Jersey territory, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:
- Aggressively seek out new business opportunities to expand market share.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Identify market trends and competitor activities to strategically position Mar-flex’s products.
- Collaborate with sales management to create and execute high-impact sales strategies.
- Deliver top-tier customer service, ensuring client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
- Conduct in-person meetings, site visits, and presentations to showcase product benefits and secure new business.
- Manage an extensive account portfolio, balancing new business development with account retention.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven track record in aggressive sales and business development, ideally in waterproofing, drainage, and new home construction.
- Extensive knowledge of the New York/New Jersey market and key industry players.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to lock in deals anywhere, anytime.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills to create trust and loyalty with clients.
- Ability to work beyond a traditional schedule—including evenings, weekends, and travel as needed to close sales.
- Proficiency in sales tracking and CRM software to maintain organized records.
- Highly self-motivated and competitive, with a desire to be a top performer in a high-growth industry.
- B2B sales experience is a must; experience in retail sales or distribution networks is a plus.
