Job Responsibilities
The Innovations Support Professional will be responsible for providing support services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including:
- Providing habilitation and training in areas such as daily living skills, personal care, and community integration.
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Participating in treatment team meetings and planning to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of resident progress and needs.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 21 years of age.
- No substantiated findings of abuse or neglect listed on the North Carolina Health Care Personnel Registry.
- Experience working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred.
