The Human Resource Assistant at Montgomery Cancer Center provides general clerical support for the department, responds to various team member and leader inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and recruiting, processes changes in employee data in the HR and Payroll Systems, manages the family medical leave process for the facility, processes employment and wage verifications and maintains employee files.
