What are the responsibilities and job description for the Staffing Coordinator position at Baptist Homes & Health Care Ministries?
Baptist Homes Tri County is seeking an experienced Scheduling Coordinator. Must be able to work well under stress. Training will be provided.
Qualifications:
- Must be CNA, CMT or LPN
- · High school diploma or GED.
- · Must be physically and mentally able to perform the duties of the position.
- · Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
- · Have sufficient organization, documentation, typing and computer skills.
- · Must have a general understanding of the aging process and the changes associated with aging.
- Must have general knowledge of staffing schedules.
- · Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check.
- Wages negotiable
Responsibilities:
Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling all nursing staff. Additional duties as needed.
