We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef / Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, managing food preparation, ensuring quality control, and leading a team of cooks and kitchen staff.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee kitchen operations and manage food preparation for all menu items.
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff to ensure efficiency and teamwork.
- Monitor inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
- Create and develop new menu items and seasonal specials.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation practices.
- Manage kitchen staff schedules and labor costs to meet budget goals.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times.
- Work closely with front-of-house managers to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
