Data Entry Clerk

Overview:
Join our team at Bar None Auction, specializing in heavy equipment, commercial trucks, trailers, vehicles, construction materials, and industrial support items. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support our inventory operations. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate inventory and ensuring efficient data management for our auction inventory.

Duties:
- Key in Inventory that has been written up by the checkin crew.
- Enter various types of information into databases and spreadsheets.
- Upload Pictures and manage files linking to specific inventory items.
- Proof read all data entry actions, verify years, descriptions, and details are accurate.
- Support the team in clerical tasks such as filing and organizing paperwork.
- Answer Phones, schedule deliveries, and receive inbound inventory.

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in office software applications for data entry tasks.
- Experience working in a company cloud and computer file management.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
- Some Cashiering and document printing to release inventory to auction buyers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
