Heavy Equipment Operator

As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be an essential part of our Baranko Brothers team. You'll work alongside seasoned professionals, operating heavy equipment, including bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and backhoes, to assist with various construction projects throughout western North Dakota and beyond.

RESPONSIBLITIES

• Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project completion within deadlines.
• Perform other related duties as needed.
  
  

Requirements

• Proficient in operating a variety of heavy equipment
• Extensive knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
• Ability to read and interpret plans, instructions, and blueprints.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and comply with drug and alcohol policies during employment.
