PURPOSE:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Qualify leads for 9/11 exposure and eligibility to the VCF
- Accurately record data in the Salesforce Leads system, including submitting the “Take a Call” form
- Inform clients about the claims process to set expectations regarding the timeline and required documentation
- Perform regular follow-up calls, texts, or emails and facilitate communication with prospects to identify new possible claims
- Regularly monitor and respond to internal correspondence via email, Slack, and Salesforce
- Monitor incoming and existing leads in Salesforce via your Dashboard
- Hit determined call goals
- Participate in outreach events to further our mission to educate the 9/11 community about the WTCHP and VCF
- Seek outreach opportunities to reach new members of the 9/11 community
- Special projects as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- The ability to speak Russian is a plus
- A commitment to excellent customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with prospective clients
- Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work in the office Monday through Thursday, with Friday as an optional remote day
