PURPOSE :
Manage the timely and accurate process of vetting potential clients for eligibility to the 9 / 11 Victim Compensation Fund (VCF). The Outreach Coordinator will be responsible for communicating with potential clients to obtain information regarding their 9 / 11 exposure, illnesses, and proof of presence. The Outreach Coordinator is responsible for collecting and recording accurate details from leads to determine eligibility and appropriate next steps.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Qualify leads for 9 / 11 exposure and eligibility to the VCF.
- Accurately record data in the Salesforce Leads system, including submitting the “Take a Call” form.
- Inform clients about the claims process to set expectations regarding the timeline and required documentation.
- Perform regular follow-up calls, texts, or emails and facilitate communication with prospects to identify new possible claims.
- Regularly monitor and respond to internal correspondence via email, Slack, and Salesforce.
- Monitor incoming and existing leads in Salesforce via your Dashboard
- Hit determined call goals
- Participate in outreach events to further our mission to educate the 9 / 11 community about the WTCHP and VCF.
- Seek outreach opportunities to reach new members of the 9 / 11 community
- Special projects as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
SALARY : 60,000 - $70,000
