PURPOSE:
Manage the timely and accurate process of vetting potential clients for eligibility to the 9/11 Victim Compensation Fund (VCF). The Outreach Coordinator will be responsible for communicating with potential clients to obtain information regarding their 9/11 exposure, illnesses, and proof of presence. The Outreach Coordinator is responsible for collecting and recording accurate details from leads to determine eligibility and appropriate next steps.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Qualify leads for 9/11 exposure and eligibility to the VCF.
• Accurately record data in the Salesforce Leads system, including submitting the “Take a Call” form.
• Inform clients about the claims process to set expectations regarding the timeline and required documentation.
• Perform regular follow-up calls, texts, or emails and facilitate communication with prospects to identify new possible claims.
• Regularly monitor and respond to internal correspondence via email, Slack, and Salesforce.
• Monitor incoming and existing leads in Salesforce via your Dashboard
• Hit determined call goals
• Participate in outreach events to further our mission to educate the 9/11 community about the WTCHP and VCF.
• Seek outreach opportunities to reach new members of the 9/11 community
• Special projects as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• The ability to speak Russian is a plus.
• A commitment to excellent customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with prospective clients.
• Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work in the office Monday through Thursday, with Friday as an optional remote day.

SALARY:
$60,000 - $70,000
