Position Summary: Supports effective operations of the Quality department by assisting with performing quality and data related activities, including abstracting, compiling & collecting data, coordinating & preparing reports for the analysis of quality/performance improvement outcomes and measures.
Responsibilities:
- Participates in and develops appropriate documentation to track program quality, volume, and quality metrics.
- Utilizes business intelligence software to extract, analyze, and interpret data in order to generate reports for data visualization.
- Participates in the development and implementation of performance improvement initiatives by facilitating the development of teams and team activities, focusing on improving metrics and outcomes.
- Tracks the improvement of quality metrics and outcomes by exporting data, updating databases and dashboards in a timely manner.
- Monitors and assesses system performance metrics using tabular and graphical analysis tools. Reports on trends and/ or anomalies at regular intervals or as requested.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Associate’s degree in business, health care or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, health care or related field.
- Quality data processing experience
