Position is in the Shelby, NC area, REMOTE WORK IS NOT AN OPTION. Office hours Monday thru Friday 8:30am - 5pm.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and correspondence
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Order office supplies and manage inventory
- Assist with data entry and maintaining databases
- Support staff with administrative tasks as needed
- Qualifications
- Strong friendly communication skills
- Client service second to none
- Confidentiality a must
- Strong computer and math skills required
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Must be a team player
- Dependable
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
