3rd Shift Manager - Residential

Hours : Saturday to Tuesday, 11 : 00pm - 9 : 00am

The Third Shift Supervisor position will supervise and assist the residential program with oversight of the overnight staff working in the group homes and provide support and monitoring of the individuals in the programs. You will facilitate open communication with the supervisory team and serve as an active advocate for the individuals. It might be necessary to work in the group home during urgent staffing periods.

What you'll need :

• 1-2 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Pre-hire Clearances : State Police Criminal Record Check, Child Abuse Clearance, FBI Clearance (if you have not lived in PA for the past 2 years).
• Ability to pass Medication Administration and CPR / First Aid Certification
