What You’ll Bring:

- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Eligibility to obtain Acts 33 and 34 Clearances.
- Ability to operate janitorial and groundskeeping equipment safely.
- Pre-hire Clearances: State Police Criminal Record Check, Child Abuse Clearance, FBI Clearance (if you have not lived in PA for the past 2 years).
- Performing general janitorial duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and restroom cleaning.
- Restocking paper products and supplies in restrooms.
- Operating cleaning equipment such as vacuums, auto-scrubbers, carpet extractors, and floor buffers.
- Removing trash and disinfecting high-touch surfaces like doors, tables, chairs, and hand railings.
- Conducting seasonal snow removal, including shoveling and spreading salt.
- Performing groundskeeping tasks such as mowing, weeding, leaf removal, hedge trimming, and outdoor waste removal.
- Following all safety protocols when handling cleaning supplies and operating equipment.
- Completing all required training and understanding emergency procedures.
- Assisting with additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
