Barber Instructor

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Barber Instructor to join our team. The Barber Instructor will play a key role in providing high-quality education and training to our students, preparing them for successful careers in the barbering industry. Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging and comprehensive lesson plans in accordance with the curriculum guidelines and objectives.
• Demonstrate proper barbering techniques and procedures to students, providing hands-on instruction and guidance as needed.
• Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student success and encourages active participation.
• Assess student progress and performance through practical demonstrations, written exams, and other evaluation methods.
• Provide constructive feedback and individualized instruction to help students improve their skills and achieve their learning goals.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in barbering, incorporating new techniques and technologies into the curriculum as appropriate.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom and barber shop area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other instructors and staff members to coordinate special events, guest speakers, and other educational activities.

Qualifications:

• Licensed barber with a minimum of [insert number] years of experience working in the barbering industry.
• Previous experience as a barber instructor or educator preferred.
• Strong technical skills and proficiency in a wide range of barbering techniques, including haircutting, shaving, and beard grooming.
