Barberitos Downtown in Athens, GA is looking for one Night Shift Manager to join our 20 person strong team. We are located on 259 East Clayton St. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and hard-working.
Responsibilities
- Hold team accountable for their performance; provide coaching as needed
- Ensure team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service
- Ensure product quality, restaurant cleanliness, maintenance and security standards are met
- Ensure proper cash handling and deposit procedures are followed
- Train, coach, and develop employees and team leaders on night shift.
- Delegate tasks to team and provide follow-up
