Drink Runner
The drink runner aids servers and bartenders in delivering beverages to guests in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that the order is complete and accurate prior to delivering to the correct table
- Pick up drinks as soon as they are made at the bar and deliver to guests
- Remove any empty/used glasses from tables, bar, bus stations, etc.
Skills
- Solid grasp of beverage menu
- Thorough understanding of the restaurant floor plan
- Clear communication skills in order to ensure proper drink delivery to guests
- Excellent people skills and outgoing personality
- Avid team player
Working Conditions
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 15 pounds
- Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and bend for the entirety of scheduled shift
Education/Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Prior restaurant experience is a plus but not required
