Responsibilities
- Welcome each guest in a professional manner with a smile and friendly greeting
- Must know the ingredients and preparation methods of all cocktails and have in depth knowledge of wines by the glass including garnishes and condiments in order to be able to help and answer questions from guests when the drinks are brought to the table
- Assist server in coordinating drink and food orders to guarantee timely and efficient delivery to guests
- Refill water and periodically check on guests to assure all the guests needs and orders are timely tended to
- Maintain our high food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Assist in clearing tables by never returning back to kitchen emptyhanded
- Provide excellent customer service by always maintaining a professional and service minded attitude
- Do your part to support and ensure the guests have a memorable impression and overall experience
- Respond effectively to guest’s inquiries and address with server or other appropriate superior
- Understand the importance of your role and continuously strive to better yourself, acquire knowledge and assist where you can
- Great verbal and written communication capabilities. Must be able to speak clear English and Spanish on a high level
- Flexibility to work different shifts
- The ability to work quickly and adapt to changing work modes and demands
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to lift and carry up to 35 pounds
- Able to walk or stand the entire shift
- Must abide by the brand standards pertaining to uniform requirements
- All employees must maintain good personal hygiene. Fingernails must be cut and clean. Personal appearance must be suitable for work at all times. Must be clean-‐shaven at all times. Slip resistant black shoes.
