Salary / Rate Minimum: $85,000
Salary / Rate Maximum: $130,000

We are currently in the early stages of implementing a hybrid working environment, which means that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. What will you be doing?
* Processing End-to-end tax and payroll and associated reconciliations for both US and Canada, including multi-state taxation, reciprocity, forms collections, etc
* Understanding of VISAs and its impact on social taxes (FICA)
* Preparing and presenting review of all tax account reconciliations as well as zero-balance account reviews to VP monthly and attest that balances are correct and documented
* Recording of timely payment of vendor invoices and tax payments outside of vendor responsibility
* Researching/correcting any outstanding items with payroll tax accounts with Federal, State, and Local tax agencies
* Leading and working with third party vendors to research and assist with corrections related to employment tax account
* Acting as senior engagement point for US and Canada Payroll Tax function with our Compensation team, Finance, Group Tax, Chief Controls Office, Audit, and wider HR Operations
* Ensuring provision of semi-monthly US and Canada Payroll Tax deliverables on-time, accurately and in compliance with all relevant requirements, regulations, and legislation
What we're looking for:
* Four Year Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent US and Canada Payroll Tax management experience
* Six plus years of experience working within an HR Operations/Tax Function for a large organization i.e., 5,000 employees
* Demonstratable knowledge of payroll tax and related general ledger accounting principles, including IRS requirements
* Experience with tools and technology related to Tax and HR
Skills that will help you in the role:
* Sound proficiency/knowledge of MS Excel, Powerpoint and/or other payroll tax systems
* Ability to operate and maintain payroll tax information in SAP, Workday and/or vendor systems
* Experience owning and driving implementation of projects and change affecting Payroll teams, processes, and systems, ensuring no/ minimal disruption to service
* Significant Experience in fostering a culture of continuous improvement in service delivery, efficiencies, and colleague experience, through new active systems and processes

You will be working at our Americas Headquarters at 745 Seventh Avenue. This 37-story office tower is located in Times Square in the heart of Manhattan and features a cafeteria, fitness center and state-of-the-art LED signage on the facade of the building.
