What will you be doing?
• On behalf of a global financial services organization, plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects
• Lead and guide the work of technical staff
• Work with various stakeholders to understand their key priority programs
• Ensure engagement adheres to processes
• Coordinate overall program documentation across all bank functions in keeping with the company’s Governance and Change Hub Requirements, including Navigator management
• Facilitate requirements gathering and discovery sessions to drive a universal project plan with distributed ownership across the team for work stream delivery
• Drive delivery of projects on-time, within budget and with quality
• Drive accountability and transparency across the Stakeholder management and leadership
• Drive communication strategy of the program to senior leaders, internal teams, and partners where applicable
• Contribute to ongoing transformation initiatives, focused on improving operational effectiveness impact
• Knowledge of and adherence to regulatory requirements, Enterprise Wide Risk Management Framework, and internal company’s Policies and Policy Standards
• Lead and coach the organization in the adoption of best in class project management.
• Identify, manage, and help mitigate project issues and risks
• Ensure program delivery happens with a problem solving mindset, and influence other technology teams to adopt solutions better for longer term
• Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Enterprise Wide Risk Management Framework, and internal company Policies and Policy Standards
What we’re looking for:
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent, in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field and at least five (5) years of post-baccalaureate progressively responsible experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Technical Project/Program Manager, Technical Systems Analyst or related occupation
• Must have at least five (5) years of post-baccalaureate progressively responsible experience with each of the following required skills
• Technical Program Management through assembling technical teams and driving the delivery of major regulatory, partnership driven and cost optimization driven initiatives
• Strategic Planning through partnering with stakeholders and senior leaders to identify upcoming projects and programs to evaluate high level delivery approaches based on known scope & plan resourcing and budgetary needs
• Driving technical architecture (design), development and overall delivery of Voice features for a major Telephony system on AWS Connect Contact Center Voice Cloud platform
• Performing impact analysis and preparing work delivery estimates to identify budgetary needs and delivery schedule for projects
• Project Lifestyle Management by administering a project or portfolio of projects through the project lifecycle
• Drive technical program and project delivery with a risk based approach and clear articulation & presentation of Risks and Issues with mitigation plans to senior stakeholders to receive acceptance / guidance on potential alternatives for successful delivery
• Drive project delivery & reporting by strictly adhering to portfolio governance guidelines for Agile / scrum based project delivery
• and Drive major vendor / partner engagements for procurement of software and services, critical for delivery of projects
