Barco Sales is seeking a dynamic and experienced Used Car Sales Manager to lead and elevate our retail sales division to new heights. This role is critical in shaping the future of our dealership, focusing on innovation, growth, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, forward-looking insights to drive retail sales performance.
• Oversee and manage all aspects of dealership operations, including marketing strategies, compliance initiatives, and team expansion.
• Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Ensure adherence to all compliance regulations and maintain high ethical standards.
• Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Drive business growth, with a particular focus on expansion opportunities.
• Leverage expertise in 1-2 year old pickup trucks to optimize inventory and meet market demands.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a used car dealership is required.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Demonstrated success in marketing, compliance, and business development.
• Deep knowledge of the pickup truck market, particularly 1-2 year old models.
