We’re seeking a motivated and responsible individual who thinks and acts like a business owner, with the ability to control their own success through an incentive-based and performance-driven pay plan.
Responsibilities
- Manage the acquisition, pricing, marketing, and sales of pre-owned vehicles to meet profitability and performance goals.
- Analyze market trends, inventory data, and pricing strategies to maximize sales volume and gross profit.
- Ensure optimal use of CDK business systems to track and manage inventory, sales processes, and customer interactions.
- Build strong relationships with customers, delivering an exceptional and professional purchasing experience.
- Maintain control over departmental expenses while driving profitability, treating the department like your own business.
- Collaborate with sales, service, and finance teams to provide a seamless customer journey.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in used car sales or dealership management, with a proven track record of success.
- Proficiency in CDK business systems or similar dealership management software.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to operate autonomously and take ownership of results.
- Strong negotiation, decision-making, and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with the automotive market, particularly off-road and premium utility vehicles.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
