Role Overview: The Director of Business Development--Baton Rouge area will be instrumental in driving the growth of our practice by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and implementing initiatives to enhance our market presence. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve growth targets and increase patient volume.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, including partnerships with other healthcare providers, community organizations, and referral sources.
- Create and implement marketing and outreach strategies to promote our practice and attract new patients.
- Analyze market trends, patient needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Monitor and report on business development performance metrics, making recommendations for strategy adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure alignment between business development efforts and patient care goals.
Qualifications:
