As we continue to expand, we’re seeking a seasoned Warehouse Manager to join our team and drive our growth to new heights. Position Overview : As the Warehouse Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient management of inventory, timely order fulfillment, and adherence to safety and quality standards. You will lead a team of warehouse staff, coordinate with other departments, and manage the overall functionality of the warehouse to support our business objectives. Key Responsibilities : Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure optimal performance and adherence to company policies. Manage inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and shipping HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical products and equipment. Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe and organized working environment. Collaborate with the procurement and sales teams to forecast inventory needs and plan for seasonal fluctuations. Maintain accurate records of inventory, equipment, and transactions using warehouse management software. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Resolve any issues related to inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or delivery delays. Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and productivity. Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field is a plus. Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in the HVAC or related industry. Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating a team. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with warehouse management systems and basic computer applications. Knowledge of HVAC products and equipment is highly desirable. Ability to lift and move heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment safely. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Why Bardi Home Services?
