What will your job look like?
- Supervise all HVAC Service jobs and technicians
- Hire, Train, and Lead HVAC Service team members
- Cultivate a dynamic, ethical, and quality culture that is hyper focused on delivering value to customers
- Coordinate the servicing of HVAC systems to maximize quality and drive revenue performance
- Conduct regular individual and departmental coaching and Performance Reviews
- Create technician work schedule
- Review and approve department payroll
- Handle all Customer related Requests, Concerns, etc.
- Create, Establish and Maintain a positive Work Environment
- Hold team accountable to company policies and procedures
What do you need?
- At least 5 years of Residential HVAC experience, 2 years minimum managing an HVAC team
- Must have, and maintain, a valid U.S. Driver’s License.
- Dennis may conduct a pre-employment back ground check, subject to applicable law.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to analyze data for trends, devise creative solutions, exercise independent judgment, and make appropriate decisions that impact outcomes
- Keen ability to work accurately, efficiently, and manage multiple tasks
- Proven ability to gain the buy-in of teams to company values, safety procedures, and overall policies
- Must be familiar with using technology systems in an office environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Salary : $65,000 - $95,000
