  • Compensation : $100,000 - $130,000 great benefits SIGNING BONUS

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement detailed case strategies to achieve the best outcomes for clients in family law matters
  • Oversee and approve all legal documents prepared by paralegals / support staff
  • Participate in mediations, depositions, and negotiations for settlements
  • Review and respond to discovery requests effectively
  • Represent clients in various legal proceedings such as status conferences and motion hearings
  • Draft important legal documents including parenting plans, settlement agreements, and final orders
  • Conduct thorough legal research to support cases
  • Ensure clear and constant communication with clients throughout the legal process
