Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for guests placing in-room dining orders with prompt and courteous communication.
- Accurately record orders, including special requests, dietary restrictions, and delivery preferences.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and accurate order preparation and delivery.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure orders meet brand standards for accuracy and presentation.
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill special guest requests and resolve service issues.
- Maintain an organized workspace and manage inventory of in-room dining supplies.
- Experience in food and beverage service or hotel operations preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Hospitality degree or certification preferred; knowledge of dietary restrictions is a plus.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
