What We're Looking For : We're seeking an Associate Packaging Engineer to join our dynamic team and learn from one of the industry's most experienced packaging professionals. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with our senior Packaging Engineer, who brings decades of expertise and will serve as a mentor to help develop your career in sustainable packaging innovation. Note : This is an Immediate Fill position and 100% On-site. Candidates will be required an on-site interview with at least a two to three week start date if selected.

Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with our senior Packaging Engineer on sustainability initiatives, including California Prop 65 compliance and plastic reduction projects
- Support the development of space-efficient packaging designs that optimize shipping container utilization and reduce our carbon footprint
- Work closely with New Product Development, Quality Control, and Logistics teams to create cost-effective, visually appealing packaging solutions
- Research and ensure compliance with international packaging regulations across EU, Canadian, and other global markets
- Assist in testing and implementing new eco-friendly packaging materials and designs
- Maintain detailed documentation of packaging specifications and testing results
- Participate in continuous improvement projects focused on sustainability and efficiency
