What You’ll Do:
Project Management & On-Site Coordination
Lead all phases of on-site restoration projects, from start to finish
- Serve as the go-to point of contact for clients, insurance adjusters, and internal teams
- Ensure every project runs smoothly, safely, and on schedule
Supervise and motivate crews of technicians, laborers, and subcontractors
- Maintain high standards of safety, performance, and professionalism on every site
Build trust with homeowners during stressful situations like fire or water damage
- Communicate clearly, calmly, and consistently with customers about project updates
Utilize platforms like Dash, Xactimate, and MICA for documentation and tracking
- Keep accurate logs for compliance, invoicing, and insurance
- 5 years experience managing restoration or construction projects
Strong leadership and communication skills - Familiarity with restoration best practices, safety standards, and software tools
- Calm under pressure, solutions-oriented, and highly organized

- $25 – $30/hour, plus performance bonuses
Weekly pay - Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts (weekends as needed)
