Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in overall store management including sales performance and personnel oversight.
- Participate in the interviewing and training process for new team members.
- Actively manage performance issues and recruit prospective leadership candidates.
- Maintain store appearance to company standards, including merchandise presentation, signage, stock levels, and recovery.
- Foster a positive work environment and contribute to team morale.
- Take on the role of primary Manager on Duty when necessary, including store opening and closing duties.
