Key Responsibilities:
Assist in overall store management including sales performance and personnel oversight.
Participate in the interviewing and training process for new team members.
Actively manage performance issues and recruit prospective leadership candidates.
Maintain store appearance to company standards, including merchandise presentation, signage, stock levels, and recovery.
Foster a positive work environment and contribute to team morale.
Take on the role of primary Manager on Duty when necessary, including store opening and closing duties.
