Duties
- Coordinate shipping of customer orders.
- Enter new orders and invoice customers.
- Maintain organized filing systems and perform clerical duties such as data entry and document management.
- Respond to customer inquiries with exceptional service, addressing concerns promptly and efficiently.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks not necessary, but preferred.
We are a small company that manufactures specialty adhesives for use in leather crafting, shoe repair, and professional costuming. Our products are manufactured in Virginia, and our administrative office is here in Worcester.
Hours are part-time and highly flexible after an initial training period. Our office is quiet and casual, and child-friendly.
