Salary Range: $60,000 - $65,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial clients, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Manage and maintain a diverse book of business within Commercial Lines.
- Process endorsements, underwriting requests, and handle policy renewals, including surplus lines.
- Prepare renewal proposals and proactively identify opportunities to round out and up-sell accounts.
- Address billing inquiries, manage audit disputes, and handle policy cancellations and reinstatements.
- Collaborate closely with Producers, CSRs, and Underwriters to ensure seamless client support.
Qualifications:
- Licensing: Valid Kentucky Property & Casualty License (Required).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of Commercial Account Management experience, ideally from candidates looking to grow and develop in the industry.
- Professionalism: Strong ethics, integrity, and a personable, client-focused approach.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and insurance management systems.
- Organization & Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Player: A collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
