We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This role requires a strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices, as well as proficiency in Quickbooks and Word. Excel experience is helpful. This great Bookkeeper will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Duties
- Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and payments.
- Reconcile bank statements.
- Assist with payroll processing.
- Analyze data and accounts to identify discrepancies or issues that need resolution.
- Communicate and collaborate with the business owners ensuring clear understanding and direction and continual improvement.
- Performing some general administrative and office tasks.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
- Very familiar with Quickbooks.
- Experience in payroll processing and Excell is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and management.
