Who we need:
We are looking for a qualified, motivated, and experienced Resident Service Coordinator/Admin to assist Property Manager and to work closely with residents on all aspects of their needs. Marble Street Apartments as a 162-project based Section 8 property consisting of elderly, disabled and families. This is an on-site opportunity, requiring the employee to work 5 days per week 40 hours per week our Worcester, MA location.
What you’ll do:
- Assist Property Manager in administrative duties
- Coordinate programs for the residents
- Work closely with families and agencies regarding resident’s requests
- Advocate and assist residents with services as needed
What we’re looking for:
- Undergraduate degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management or related field
- Prior experience with Yardi or CINC software is a plus
- Must have valid Massachusetts driver’s license
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Highly organized with ability to prioritize to meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Bilingual/bicultural Spanish preferred
