Landscape Crew positions do not require job experience, however, the willingness to work hard and have a positive attitude are. The more experience an applicant has on planting, knowledge of plant names, hardscapes installation and relative certification will determine pay. Summary
As a Landscape Crew Member, you will be integral to maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces through effective landscaping and groundskeeping practices. Reporting to the Landscape Supervisor, your core responsibilities will include landscape maintenance, proper planting and transforming outdoor spaces. Your mechanical knowledge will aid in operating hand tools and excavators, while your relevant skills in gardening will ensure the health and beauty of the landscapes you work on.
