Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
Exempt Position, annual salary is: $70,000.00

Summary
Leads and coordinates activities of the maintenance staff engaged in maintaining and repairing physical structures of assigned developments by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Schedules and provides training to maintenance staff.- Ensures all maintenance staff is trained properly.
- Directs workers engaged in painting and performing structural repairs to masonry, woodwork, and furnishings of buildings.
- Coordinate scheduling of the Maintenance Staff on a weekly basis, after receiving maintenance requests from scattered sites, schedule with the Maintenance Team repairs as necessary.
- Ensures sites have proper inventory tools, equipment, and supplies.
- Inspect and supervise completed work for conformance to Barker Management Incorporated specifications, and standards.
- Studies production schedules and estimates worker hour requirements for completion of job assignment.
- Interprets Barker Management Incorporated, policies to Maintenance Team and enforces safety regulations.
- Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules.
- Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of work crew.
- Confers with Regional Manager to determine priority of job scheduling.
- Inspects building prior to government agency, lender, investor or other scheduled inspections and make recommendations to Supervisor on maintenance issues.
- Reviews jobs in the field to determine scope of work.
