Responsibilities :
- Completes long-range planning in support of corporate goals and objectives.
- Manages site in a manner that reduces operating costs, increases revenue, and exceeds customer expectations.
- Pursues new customer and business expansion opportunities.
- Responsible for employee discipline and morale.
- Supports corporate and senior staff in establishing policies and procedures and ensuring implementation at the site.
- Provides quarterly business and capital investment forecasts.
- Leads management and support staff in a collaborative environment to continuously improve site performance in velocity, quality, cost, and customer satisfaction.
- Supports the client's initiatives through site active participation in projects, education and training programs, and resource sharing as needed.
- Reviews pricing and cost of current and prospective customers to identify opportunities and reduce overall costs.
- Provides leadership and direction in the site's Lean Sigma program to corporate goals and objectives to increase value stream transformation.
