Job Summary

- Collect and record vital signs, prepare patients for examination, and assist with minor procedures as directed by a physician or health practitioner.
- Administer medications as directed by a physician or health practitioner.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records using EMR systems.
- Provide administrative support with tasks such as phone calls, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and lab requests.
Essential Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification from a recognized organization.
- At least 6 months of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient knowledge of medical terminology.
