Responsibilities
- Assist bartenders by restocking supplies, including liquor, garnishes, glassware, and other essential items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all surfaces are clean and well-presented.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, ensuring all sales are recorded properly.
- Support the preparation of drinks by gathering ingredients and equipment as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting positively with guests and addressing their needs promptly.
- Help manage inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is preferred, particularly in roles related to restaurants, nightclubs, or catering services.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with patrons.
- Experience with cash handling is essential to ensure accurate transactions.
- A clean and professional appearance is required to maintain the standards of our establishment.
- Knowledge of bar operations or previous experience as a barback is a plus but not mandatory.
