The Talent/HR Coordinator plays a vital role on the Talent Team by supporting the day-to-day operations in the firm’s Talent/HR department to include a variety of entry-level tasks as they relate to processes, procedures, and policies for all employees through effective planning, documentation and implementation of required tasks.
This role is ideal for someone looking for an entry-level opportunity to partner with the various aspects of our Talent Services, as you will immediately begin supporting the Talent/HR function in coordinating and executing a wide variety of responsibilities that cover the entirety of the Talent/HR department. You will be involved with, and focused administratively on, providing support to our Talent/HR function as needed, to include employee onboarding, employee files, benefits, recruiting, learning and development, firm meetings and events, facilities, offboarding, and other aspects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent; completed coursework from an accredited college/university or an Associate’s or Bachelor's degree (human resources, communications or business preferred) or equivalent preferred.
- Relevant work experience such as: previous experience working in an administrative function or office setting; a focus in an HR organization or professional services preferred
- Applicable technical skills –Databases (HRIS), HR Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Proofreading and Internet
- Demonstrated high level of confidentiality and attention to detail with proven organizational skills a must
- Highly effective skillset as it relates to: Customer service, strong work ethic, great attitude, self-motivation, dependability, taking direction, task completion, verbal and written communication, listening, professional demeanor.
- Ability to: interact with all levels of the organization, take initiative, anticipate problems and formulate resolutions, exercise good judgment/decision making, prioritize and multi-task, work independently and as with a team, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, travel occasionally between offices, work nights/weekends as needed.
