The Talent Acquisition Manager oversees the entire recruitment process at Crossroads, developing and implementing strategies to attract top talent, manage job requisitions, source candidates, conduct interviews, extend offers, and track key metrics to ensure the hiring manager hires the best fit for open all open positions. This role will successfully, act as a key liaison between hiring managers and potential candidates, aligning recruitment efforts with church goals and Crossroads’ branding.

This role will successfully, act as a key liaison between hiring managers and potential candidates, aligning recruitment efforts with church goals and Crossroads’ branding.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Strategy Development: Creating and executing comprehensive recruitment strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates across various channels like job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Job Requisition Management: Collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop job descriptions, and manage the recruitment process for each open position.
- Candidate Sourcing: Actively searching for potential candidates through various methods, including direct outreach, attending job fairs, and utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Interviewing and Assessment: Conducting initial interviews, coordinating follow-up interviews with hiring managers, and utilizing assessment tools to evaluate candidate skills and fit.
- Offer Management: Extending job offers to selected candidates, negotiating salary and benefits packages aligned to our church guidelines, and managing the onboarding process.
- Team Leadership: Assisting the HR Generalists to optimize their recruitment efforts.
- Metrics and Reporting: Tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics like time-to-hire, source of hire, candidate satisfaction, and cost-per-hire to identify areas for improvement.
- Employer Branding: Promoting Crossroads’ culture and values to attract top talent and enhance the employer brand.
- Compliance: Ensuring adherence to all employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment life cycle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Proven ability to source and identify top talent through various channels
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- Data analysis and reporting skills to measure recruitment effectiveness
- Leadership and team management abilities to coach and develop a recruiting team
- Knowledge of current market trends and industry best practices in recruitment
- College degree or 7 years equivalent work experience in Recruiting or HR is preferred
- 3 years of experience working with an HRIS system including recruiting management is preferred
- Performs effectively under pressure and against strict time constraints
- Must be able to walk up to 5 miles, standing, climbing, lifting, carrying, reaching, stooping and crouching as duties required
- Must be able to lift 25 to 50 lbs
- Able to work independently without direct supervision
