Position Details:
1st Shift 7:00am-3:30pm Mon-Fri
Your Expertise:
- 3 years’ experience in an aerospace production environment
- Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to multi-task
- Ability to problem solve and make decisions based on data and instruction
- Interpret travelers and work instructions
- Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and ERP system experience.

Your Challenge:
- Performs various material and inventory transactions, cycle counts, and receiving functions to complete purchase order function into ERP. Maintain and organize material storage areas on a daily basis.
- Collaborate with Planners to plan and create satellite travelers and job split transactions for production machining, raw material, and semi-finished components.
- Perform Shipping and Receiving functions which includes: shipping semi-finished goods, raw material & details, consumable tooling, etc.
- Review shipping and receiving documents for accuracy. Reject damaged items, record shortages, and other conditions
- Coordinate with operations in moving parts/material, expediting job orders around the facility. Operate lift truck or hand truck to move, convey or hoist materials, or product
- Wear necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) as required and comply with all company and safety rules and regulations during course of duties

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
