Line/Grill cooks NEEDED ASAP

Job Title: Line Cook

A passionate line cook drives customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional meals in a welcoming environment. This role focuses on presentation, food temperature, and timely preparation, ensuring repeat customers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a designated prep list and replenish food for the team in a timely manner.
• Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.
• Communicate out-of-stock items to servers and control prep levels based on guest volume.
• Stock stations, label prepared food, and maintain kitchen equipment properly.
• Expedite orders and prepare menu items with the kitchen staff.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

• At least one year of restaurant experience or equivalent.
• Basic English skills (verbal and non-verbal).
• Takes initiative and adapts to changing environments.
