Travel Skilled Nursing Facility Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
We are seeking a talented Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities to work at an excellent healthcare facility in Sacramento, California.
This is a fantastic opportunity to build upon your occupational therapy skills while advancing your COTA career. As a COTA, you will provide therapy and rehabilitation services to patients at the facility under the supervision of an occupational therapist.
You will help patients develop, recover, improve, and maintain the skills needed for daily living and working by:
- Supporting patients to progress towards targets agreed upon with the occupational therapist.
- Documenting patient care in a timely, legible, and efficient manner.
- Utilizing resources and materials in an efficient and safe manner.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- An active state license as a certified occupational therapy assistant.
- At least 6 months of COTA experience within the last 5 years.
