Litigation Associate

Our client, a well-established and highly regarded law firm, is seeking a Litigation Associate to join their dynamic and growing Health Care team in Sacramento. Health Care experience, while a plus, is NOT required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all stages of litigation, including discovery, motions, depositions, and handling mediation and trial preparation.
- Collaborate closely with partners and team members on complex health litigation cases.
- Provide strategic legal counsel and support to health care providers and other clients.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, with a foundation in law and motion practice.
- Experience with depositions, mediation, and trial preparation.
- Prior experience working with health care providers or participating in trials is a plus BUT NOT REQUIRED.
