SUMMARY: According to established policies and procedures, and under the direct supervision of the HRIS Manager, this role assists in providing administrative and technical support in the core processes and procedures of Human Resources (HR) firm wide. Maintains, audits, and enters HRIS data, compiles reports and data analytics, and serves as a key resource for all technical systems utilized by HR. Ensures compliance and maintains confidentiality of all client and firm information.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Assists in the maintenance, administration, training, and use of the Firm's HR operational systems (i.e. iManage, HCM - currently Dayforce, etc.).
- Generates and distributes reports both internally and externally to key stakeholders, government agencies, and various associations.
- Assists with system updates, and performs regular audits to ensure efficiency of workflows, security, and the integrity of stored Firm data.
- HCM first and second level technical support.
- Paralegal overtime reporting, as assigned.
- Employment law compliance: review, reporting, and distribution of resources.
- Assists with populating surveys (i.e. demographic, diversity, compensation, overtime, headcount/ratios, EEO, DOJ), as requested.
- Serves as back-up resource to HR Services and HRIS Manager. Assists with responding and processing day-to-day front-line requests.
- Provides support for other members of the human resources department as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources administration, or a combination of years and/or advanced degree.
- Law firm or professional services experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Proficient navigating an HRIS and experience with Dayforce is a plus but not required.
- Experience with an applicant tracking and performance management system is a plus.
- Strong Interpersonal and communication skills required to effectively communicate and collaborate across all levels within the firm.
- Demonstrated ability to professionally handle sensitive confidential matters including client data and employee information.
- Superior attention to detail in working with high volume data and figures.
- The ability to proofread reports and materials for grammatical, typographical and spelling errors.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
- Requires discretion and independent judgment on items of significance.
- Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Working Conditions
- Normal office environment with little exposure to excessive noise, dust, temperature and the like.
