What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Associate position at Barnes & Thornburg LLP?
The Nashville office of Barnes & Thornburg LLP seeks a Litigation Associate with four to six years of litigation experience, preferably with a broad base of white collar/investigations and/or complex commercial litigation experience. Candidates should have experience in all phases of litigation, including motion drafting, depositions, hearings, trial or trial preparation, as well as discovery. Candidates should also demonstrate outstanding writing, research, and analytical skills as well as strong academic credentials. The ideal candidate will also be highly motivated to be part of an active trial practice and demonstrate initiative, an ability to assume responsibility for client matters, and the interpersonal skills to work well as part of a collaborative team. Experience as a Federal Law Clerk would be a plus.
