Description :
- Oversee the daily dispatch of operators, drivers, and riggers to execute various projects.
- Input team schedules and equipment into our dispatch software efficiently.
- Obtain necessary routes and permits for over-sized and over-weight vehicle operations.
- Respond to inbound customer calls regarding crane sizing, scheduling, and bookings.
- Collect, process, and submit employee time cards to the branch manager and payroll office weekly.
- Support the office manager, sales team, and other staff members in daily administrative operations.
- Actively participate in management meetings and daily team briefings, contributing valuable insights.
